Ingredients
  

  • Cabbage – 1 small head shredded
  • Carrot – 1 medium grated
  • Mayonnaise – ½ cup
  • Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Shred cabbage and grate carrots.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Combine the vegetables with the dressing and toss thoroughly.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving for a crisper texture.

Notes

For a unique twist, add a dash of mustard or sprinkle in some raisins for extra flavor!
